The user flow I worked on was Website—>In-product integrations—>Uploading files for those integrations. I recognized a problem with consistency from integrations advertised on the website to how they appeared in the “Tools” section of the Sessions product.
I then discussed this with other team members and we collaborated on a solution.
Once a new file sharing model was released, I redesigned the copy to focus on the new steps the user would take to upload and store files to use with integrations during their live video conferencing meetings.
